Since 2019, I've guided entrepreneurs and organizational leaders like you to become aware of and develop skills to increase their own - and others' - human potential and success.
What they tell me they experience is the ability to speak more clearly and directly about their ideas and concerns, make decisions and resolve problems more effectively and efficiently, and work better together with the people around them.
Over the last 25+ years, I've owned and managed two restaurants, and held administrative, classroom, and regional support leadership positions in the private and public education system.
After earning a Master of Education degree in Leadership in Mental Health Education in 2017, I successfully completed three coaching certification levels in 2018-2019 to open my part-time coaching practice in July 2019.
In March 2021, I resigned from my full-time position as a Social and Emotional Learning Coach to focus full time on supporting leaders and teams to be the best they can be with 3DLife Inc.
I am not a perfect human being. I have made mistakes (and continue to do so!). About twelve years ago though, I got super-curious about how I could be and do better on a professional level, but also on a personal one too. I discovered a passion for studying leadership, emotional intelligence and human skills development, business, and well-being practices.
By working to understand myself and use my human skills and competencies at a higher level, I am more capable, confident, and committed to the work I do, the connections I make, and the impact I want to make in the world.
To work with me, the process is simple.
First, let's meet each other. Book a Call to determine if we share a common vision for your organizational leadership goals.
Second, commit to honing your leadership potential, perspectives, human skills and competencies.
Finally, create a better workplace and work experiences for you and others.
When you schedule an initial call, you'll be taking an essential step toward achieving your organizational leadership goals.
