Whether we are working 1:1 or in a small group setting, our focused sessions will give you the insights and the tools you need to give yourself permission to prioritize your wellbeing and what you want at work and in life.
These sessions will also provide you with multiple opportunities to restore your connection with Self and Others - allowing you to show up at work and in life supported, engaged, and inspired.

Leadership can be inspiring and exciting one day, and an emotional roller coaster the next. A 90-Day 3DLife™ Hybrid Model Coaching Program
This self-leadership growth and wellbeing coaching program has been redesigned to offer you more flexibility with your time. Developed with your leadership needs in mind, all components of the PPRS™ have been developed based on extensive study and research, work and life experiences, coaching change frameworks, and the 3DLife™ philosophy and methodology.
The 3DLife™ Process
Each module consists of a minimum of four, online, on-demand, 10-15 minute pre-recorded videos, and at least four downloadable PDF reinforcement activities. To access them, you will be provided with a username and password. A live, Zoom, drop-in coaching session will be offered each of the 12 weeks at a set day and time to provide more engagement and support opportunities to help you dig deeper into who you are, what you want, what's important to you, and what drives you as a Leader and human being.
Module 1: DEFINE
Your discovery work during this process is the foundation for how you move forward in the rest of the program.
Module 2: DESIGN
You will create an action plan strategy for how you want to show up and get more out of your work and life.
Module 3: DEFY
You will focus on identifying obstacles that may throw you off the action plan strategy you created in Module 2, and develop steps for ensuring you have what you need to work through and beyond them successfully.
